Hamburg, Germany — The 283-room Conrad Hamburg has opened in a historic building dating back to 1912. The property offers 28 studios with kitchenettes. There are nine conference spaces for up to 220 guests, a large spa and fitness area that includes an indoor pool, and a restaurant.

Istanbul — Aloft Istanbul Karaköy has opened with 107 rooms, each with 55-inch LED TVs and walk-in rainfall showers. Amenities include a bar, a 24/7 market and a meeting room for up to 12 people that is equipped with a 65-inch LED TV and fast free WiFi.

Washington DC – Roost White House has opened featuring short- and long-term accommodations. The property, part of a mixed use development called Accolade, has 35 furnished apartment hotel units, each with a full kitchen and  in-unit laundry. Amenities include free bike share program, a fitness center, communal lounges and coworking spaces, and a wet bar and catering kitchen.
