TMC says it is aligning team with ‘where market is going’

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has announced four additions to its North American business development team. The appointments include a new senior executive leader and, according to the announcement, three experienced professionals to strengthen CTM’s ability to serve a diverse range of clients from high-volume global enterprises to mid-market and niche customer segments.

The expanded team, said the announcement, reflects CTM’s investment in specialized, experienced talent to support businesses as they navigate today’s rapidly evolving travel landscape.

Mary Ellen Hess, CTM’s executive vice president of business development in North America, said “We’re aligning our team with where the market is going, not where it’s been,” Each new team member, she said, “brings proven expertise, a customer-centric mindset and a shared passion for delivering value through strategic travel partnerships.”

The appointments include:

  • Linda Shevlin, who will report to Hess, leading CTM’s North American SME and Enterprise sales organization, with a focus on accelerating growth, deepening client partnerships, and delivering travel solutions that reflect CTM’s commitment to innovation and service excellence. In the role of senior vice president, business development, said the announcement, Shevlin will bring more than 25 years of corporate travel leadership, with a proven track record in global sales strategy and client relationship management. Shevlin has held senior roles at top travel management companies, driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams to success.
  • Kerin McKinnon, with over 20 years of experience, joins as vice president, business development, focusing on supporting complex, large-market organizations. A passionate advocate for the travel industry, according to the announcement, McKinnon lends her time and talent to industry organizations such as GBTA and ASTA and is currently the chair of the Travel and Meetings Society (TAMS).
  •  Josh Geis, according to the announcement “a rising leader in the business travel space” and a former captain in the U.S. Army, has been appointed director of business development, focusing on strategic partnerships across CTM’s enterprise portfolio.
  • James Feeley becomes director of business development, supporting Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP), CTM’s dedicated brand for higher education travel. He joins with nearly two decades of experience, helping institutions optimize travel programs and enhance the academic travel experience. Fealey has held sales and leadership roles with Semester at Sea, STA Travel, and ScholarTrip, specializing in educational travel and study abroad programs.

Anita Salvatore, CEO of CTM North America, said, “As demand for more agile, personalized travel programs continues to grow across North America, we’re investing in the right people to meet that need.” These appointments, she said, “strengthen our ability to scale with our customers and bring a sharper regional focus to our global offering.”
