Solution promises AI-based automatic delivery of smarter and faster service

Oversee, an AI-based travel management platform, announced the launch of a new personalization feature within its flagship AgentSee solution. The enhancement, according to the announcement, enables TMCs to deliver smarter, faster and more personalized traveler service — automatically.

By basing answers on historical traveler data such as preferred seat types, preferred airlines, hotel chains, loyalty programs, meal preferences and past booking decisions, AgentSee, according to the company, empowers travel agents to anticipate traveler needs and make informed suggestions in seconds.

As a result, according to the announcement, there is less back-and-forth, faster turnaround and a dramatically improved traveler experience. At the same time, corporate customers benefit from increased policy compliance, higher hotel attachment rates, stronger duty of care and optimal pricing — enabled by Oversee’s Travel Spend Optimization Platform.

Aviel Siman-Tov, CEO, said TMCs “are under pressure to do more with less — faster response times, tighter margins, higher expectations from travelers.” With AgentSee, he said, “we’re preparing agencies for the future by streamlining operations and enhancing the way agents work.”

AgentSee, according to the company, is a “deeply tailored solution” built for the complex requirements of managed corporate travel. It is built on the shoulders of the Oversee Automation Suite, which manages over $10 billion in travel spend annually.
