
Corporate Travel Management has officially named Ana Pedersen as its permanent managing director and group chief executive officer, effective July 23, 2026. Pedersen had served as acting group CEO since February 2026, following the departure of founder Jamie Pherous. She brings more than 20 years of global corporate travel industry experience to the at CTM.

Oneworld Alliance has appointed Luis Gallego, CEO of International Airlines Group, to the role of chairman of the Oneworld Governing Board, effective September 1, 2026. Gallego succeeds current chairman Robert Isom, CEO of American Airlines, whose three-year term ends this year.

The International Air Transport Association has announced that Roberto Alvo, CEO of LATAM Airlines Group, has been named chair of the IATA Board of Directors. His one-year term began at the conclusion of the 82nd IATA Annual General Meeting in Rio de Janeiro June 8, 2026. Alvo is the 84th Chair of the IATA Board of Directors, succeeding Luis Gallego, CEO of International Airlines Group (IAG). Gallego will continue to serve on the Board.

Fox World Travel has welcomed Sandra Miller as global sales director for its business travel team. Miller has worked in the travel industry for more than 20 years, with expertise that spans travel technology, program strategy, supplier partnerships and global travel management.

Generator, the hybrid lifestyle hospitality brand, has appointed Xavier Mufraggi as chief executive officer. Over the course of his career, Mufraggi has held leadership roles at Kraft Foods; Fosun Group, and YPO, the world’s largest CEO peer network, and with Club Med as CEO for North America and EMEA markets.
