BWH Hotels has named Joelle Park as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. With over two decades of marketing experience, she most recently served as vice president, global enterb ride and cross-brand marketing at Hilton. Before joining the hospitality industry, Park held management roles at various agencies creating solutions for brands in retail, entertainment, travel and technology.

Mandarin Oriental has named Robert Lowe as general manager of Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid. He will retain his position as area vice president-operations, in which he will now oversee operations at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona; Mandarin Oriental, Canouan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean; and the opening of Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino in Greece. He was previously general manager of Mandarin Oriental, New York and area vice president-operations, overseeing hotels in Boston and Santiago, Chile. He began working with the company in 1999 in San Francisco.

Delta Air Lines announced that Amelia DeLuca will become chief sustainability officer on Aug. 1. She had previously served as vice president of sustainability for the carrier and most recently was leading “cross-divisional efforts for alliances to deliver a consistent premium customer experience across Delta’s partners.”
