Millennium Hotels & Resorts announced a strategic loyalty partnership with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), which operates the Taj Hotels & Resorts brand. The collaboration, said the announcement, brings together Millennium’s MyMillennium and IHCL’s Taj InnerCircle of NeuPass programs, unlocking enhanced travel and stay benefits for members worldwide.
Headquartered in Singapore, Millennium has hotels across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the UK, the US and the Middle East. The partnership, said the announcement, reflects Millennium’s continued evolution over three decades, which includes: expanding its international presence, strengthening its loyalty ecosystem and forging alliances with like-minded hospitality leaders across key markets.
Puneet Chhatwal, CEO of IHCL, said, “IHCL’s iconic brand Taj joining hands with Millennium Hotels & Resorts unlocks meaningful synergies within a global loyalty network.” Through the collaboration, he said, “the integration of MyMillennium with Taj InnerCircle enhances the member experience by extending seamless, reciprocal benefits across both portfolios.”
Under the collaboration, Taj InnerCircle of NeuPass members gain access to Millennium’s global portfolio, receiving a 10% discount off the best flexible rate at participating Millennium properties worldwide. Similarly, MyMillennium members will benefit from a reciprocal 10% discount on stays at participating Taj hotels globally.
