Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and 55-inch HDTVs with Chromecast. The property has two dining outlets, a rooftop lounge, a boardroom and a top-floor event space for 75 guests.

Madison, Ala. — The 64-room Garner Madison-Huntsville Airport has opened. It features 720 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, complimentary breakfast and an indoor pool.

Denver — The 124-room Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Denver International Airport has opened. Rooms feature kitchens with full-size refrigerators. The hotel offers free breakfast, a fitness center and an on-site laundry.

Charleston, S.C. — The 191-room Cooper has opened as the first and only hotel to stand on the city’s harbor. The property has four dining outlets, an infinity pool, a spa, a fitness center and 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.

Nanjing, China — The 190-room Hyatt Place Nanjing Xuanwu has opened, marking the debut of the brand in the city. The hotel is adjacent to the Nanjing International Exhibition Center. Amenities include a restaurant, a lobby bar and a 24-hour fitness center.
