Las Vegas — W Las Vegas has opened on the Mandalay Bay campus in what had been the Delano Las Vegas as part of a licensing agreement between Marriott International and MGM Resorts. The 1,117-suite property offers a restaurant, fitness center, free WiFi, an outdoor pool, a convenience store and over 20,000 square feet of event space.

Cape Town, South Africa — The Radisson Collection Hotel, Waterfront Cape Town has opened with 175 rooms and suites. All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies with views of the Atlantic Ocean or the marina. Amenities include multiple restaurants, an infinity pool with ocean views, a 24-hour fitness center, a spa and event space for up to 350 people.
