Sioux Falls, S.D. — The 216-room Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown has opened, marking the Canopy by Hilton brand’s debut in South Dakota and Hilton’s first lifestyle hotel in Sioux Falls. It features multiple food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, nearly 20,000 square feet of event space and the brand’s signature complimentary bikes. All rooms feature blackout curtains, a steamer, a smart mini-fridge, 55-inch HDTV, Nespresso machines and a large bathroom. The hotel lies within historic downtown Sioux Falls and Falls Park, an iconic 123-acre park in the center of the city. It is also located next to Levitt Outdoor Amphitheater and within close proximity to museums, art galleries, restaurants and Sioux Falls Regional Airport.
Bangkok — The Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 1 has opened a 10-minute walk from the BTS Ploenchit Station; and a 60-minute drive to either Suvarnabhumi Airport or to Don Mueang Airport. The property has 145 rooms, each with separate sleep, work and play spaces. Other amenities include a breakfast service with hot and cold items, all-day dining, a bar offering specialty coffees and premium beverages, a necessities program for forgotten items, free WiFi throughout the hotel and a fitness center with cardio machines.
Galway, Ireland — The 177-room Radisson RED has opened, the first for the brand in Ireland. It features multiple food outlets, including a rooftop bar and restaurant. The hotel has nine meeting rooms across two floors with over 4,300 square feet of space.
Lombok, Indonesia — The Sira, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, has opened a 90-minute drive from Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport. The property features 46 suites and 14 pool villas, including a two-story Presidential Suite with 10,760 square feet of living space. There are multiple restaurants, a 70-yard outdoor infinity pool and event space for up to 100 guests.
