London — 1 Hotel Mayfair has opened, the first European location for 1 Hotels. The 181-room property has a spa, several restaurants and bars, a fitness center and a fleet of Audi house cars available for guest shuttles.
Austin — The 212-room Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown has opened near the convention center. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, 24-hour grab-n-go market, free WiFi, indoor parking with EV charging, an outdoor heated pool and 6,000 square feet of meeting space.
Busan, South Korea — The 271-room Wyndham Grand Ijin Busan has opened 12 miles from Gimhae International Airport. It offers a variety of restaurants, a spa, a heated indoor pool, a fitness center and meeting space for up to 700 people.
Singapore — Novotel Singapore on Kitchener has opened with 543 rooms on Kitchener Road, a five-minute walk from a rail station and a 10-minute drive from the central business district. It has a restaurant, a pool and a gym.
Portland, Ore. — The 251-room Ritz-Carlton Portland has opened, the first for the brand in the Pacific Northwest. It features a restaurant and bar, a Ritz-Carlton Club on the 20th floor, an infinity pool, a spa, a large fitness center and 17,000 square feet of meeting space.
