International SOS, a provider of health and security assistance service, announced an alliance with Vialto Partners, which offers global mobility, tax and migration and immigration solutions to companies.

The collaboration, according to the announcement, provides integrated solutions that address the increasingly complex needs of globally mobile employees and their organizations.
