Kensington, a Toronto-based luxury tour operator, has launched Kensington Corporate, a new business travel division that, said the company, brings its personalized service approach to the corporate sector. The division was formerly part of Travel Edge, a sister company.

Eric Holenka, senior vice president of Kensington Corporate, said in a press release:  “Organizations today expect their travel programs to do more than move people efficiently. They want travel to actively support performance.”

Kensington Corporate, said Holenka, “brings a luxury mindset to the corporate world by applying the same level of personalization, care and attention that has long defined the Kensington brand.” Kensington Corporate, according to the company, “adapts the individualized planning and attention to detail from Kensington’s leisure travel experiences to business travel.”

The new division, according to the company, provides 24/7 in-house support, proactive flight monitoring, elevated duty-of-care and dedicated agents who manage all travel logistics and serve as the first point of contact through Kensington Concierge.

Services include air, hotel and ground transportation bookings; last-minute changes and complex routing assistance; dining reservations and curated activities; executive touches to support productivity and comfort; and comprehensive oversight to keep business operations running smoothly.

Kensington Corporate builds on the company’s broader strategic expansion across several business lines, according to the company.
