Rail Europe has introduced RailGroupEasy, a tool that, according to an announcement, simplifies group train bookings for a wider audience, including travel agents, schools, corporate clients and individual travelers booking for groups of 25 or more. RailGroupEasy, said the announcement, offers a smooth booking process with personalized services and additional options to enhance group travel experiences across Europe.

The product provides a range of services, including luggage porters, catering, welcome services and customizable branding options to enhance the travel experience for passengers.

Valentina Cesani, chief customer officer, said the company understands the unique challenges that come with organizing group travel. RailGroupEasy, she said, “is our answer to these challenges, providing tailored solutions and dedicated support from our expert groups department.”

RailGroupEasy, said the announcement, also brings enhanced flexibility, allowing travel agents and clients to easily manage group itineraries. Rail Europe’s dedicated support team, according to the announcement, “ensures that all logistical needs are met with care and expertise at every stage of the booking process.”
