FCM Travel has named Jo Lloyd, who leads account management and the consulting division at the travel management company, as chief customer officer, a newly created role that will unify those two duties. In the role, according to an announcement, she will be leading FCM’s global customer strategy as a “senior executive in the business whose entire focus is the customer journey from end to end.” Lloyd has been with FCM for more than four years.

JetBlue announced the promotion of Jeffrey Winter to senior vice president, flight operations, inflight experience and technical operations, where he will oversee three of the airline’s largest operational organizations and join the carrier’s senior leadership team. Previously JetBlue’s vice president, flight operations, Winter joined the airline in 2015 and has held senior leadership roles across flight operations and JetBlue University following a 26-year career in the U.S. Navy.

Aven Hospitality, formerly Sabre Hospitality Solutions, has appointed Heather Lisagor as vice president of innovation and product excellence. According to an announcement, she has more than two decades of experience in product strategy and management, most recently serving as vice president of product management for marketplace solutions at American Express GBT. Before that she served as vice president of product management for Egencia. Sabre divested Sabre Hospitality Solutions in 2025.
