Talma Travel Solutions announced the appointment of Brett Leslie as CEO of Solutions Travel. He succeeds Mark Walton, founder and former CEO of Solutions Travel, who earlier this year was appointed president of Americas for Talma. Leslie had been serving as senior vice president of strategy and growth. Prior to Solutions Travel, Leslie held leadership positions at Spotnana, where he focused on large-market sales and strategic partnerships. He also spent more than a decade at Frosch, serving on the company’s executive management team.

Virgin Hotels Collection has  named Joe Margison as CEO, following his tenure as interim CEO since October 2025. Margison has been with Virgin Group since 2015 and previously served as chief commercial officer.

Aman Group has appointed Victor Clavell as COO. Most recently, he served as CEO of Urban Resort Concepts in Hong Kong.

Capella Hotel Group announced the appointment of Christian Westbeld as regional general manager, Southeast Asia, overseeing Capella Singapore, Capella Ubud, and Capella Hanoi. According to the announcement, he has  25 years in the hospitality business across four continents, with food and beverage and senior management roles at Raffles Hotels & Resorts and  MGM China. Most recently, Westbeld was managing director of Raffles Singapore, as well as regional general manager of Raffles Indonesia.
