Hertz has promoted Mike Moore to COO. He has been serving as executive vice president of technical operations. Moore is a former Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines executive.

Blacklane, a ground transportation platform, has named Kasra Moshkani as CEO of the Americas, based in Miami. Most recently, he was executive vice president at the secure identity company Clear and previously held leadership positions at Oyo and Uber, according to Blacklane. The company also promoted COO René van Olst to CEO of Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia-Pacific.
