Reed & Mackay announced the appointment of Annie Peiser as vice president of business development. This follows the recent hiring of Jennifer Achim as senior vice president of US sales and marketing; and Isabel Torres, managing director, North America operations – underscoring, said the announcement, Reed & Mackay’s investment in the US market. Peiser joins Reed & Mackay from Amex GBT Ovation, a TMC where she spent nearly two decades as a business development leader.

CTM has named Ana Pedersen as global chief commercial officer to spearhead strategic global growth. She has over 25 years of leadership in global sales, technology-driven solutions and strategic partnerships, according to an announcement. Pedersen joins CTM from HRS, where she served for five years, most recently as CEO of Insurtech Solutions, and prior to that as managing director for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Prior to HRS she held roles at a number of travel agencies, including 13 years with BCD Travel.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has named Jillian Katcher as vice president of operations, Americas, based in Los Angeles; and Natacha Cuvelier as vice president of customer relationship management, global, based in the Hong Kong corporate office. Katcher formerly served as president of Twin Bridges Hospitality. Cuvelier was president of Accenture Song in Hong Kong.

Bob W, a hospitality operator, announced the appointment of Hervé Deligny as CFO. He brings over 25 years of experience, including 15 years at Accor, working across finance and real estate divisions. He has also held CFO positions at Generator, Safestay and Onefinestay.

Park Hyatt New York announced the promotion of Laurent Ebzant, general manager, to area vice president/general manager. In addition to his duties in New York, he will support operations within the Park Hyatt portfolio across the Hyatt Americas region. He began his career with Hyatt in 1996 as a night room service attendance at Hyatt Regency Paris Charles de Gaulle.
