Commerce City, Colo. — Holiday Inn & Suites Commerce City-Denver Airport has opened. According to an announcement, it is the first newly built prototypical hotel to showcase Holiday Inn’s latest lobby design concept, featuring a co-located front desk, order counter and bar designed to create a more seamless and connected guest experience. The 106-room property is located less than 10 minutes from Denver International Airport, with complimentary shuttle. Amenities include a restaurant, an outdoor patio, indoor heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, complimentary coffee and EV charging.
Olive Branch, Miss. — GLō Best Western Olive Branch, a newly constructed 80-room hotel, has opened. It offers a fitness center overlooking the outdoor pool, outdoor grilling stations, free parking and EV charging.
Louisville — Candlewood Suites Louisville – Fair/Expo Center, a newly developed 93-suite extended-stay property, has opened near the Kentucky Exposition Center and Churchill Downs. Rooms have kitchenettes. The hotel features a fitness center, a market and EV charging.
San Antonio — Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk has opened with 171 suites steps from the River Walk. The property offers complimentary hot breakfast, a full-service Starbucks, a 24-hour market, a fitness center and an outdoor fire pit and lounge area. There is also a dedicated meeting space.
Osaka, Japan — Travelodge Osaka Shinsaibashi has opened with 302 rooms near Nagahoribashi Station. It offers breakfast and self-service laundry.
