Openings in Melbourne, Australia; Loma Linda, Calif.; Nashville; and Ossining, N.Y.

Melbourne, Australia – 1 Hotel Melbourne has opened with 277 rooms, including 36 suites. The hotel incorporates a historic building called Goods Shed No. 5. Amenities include multiple restaurants and bars, 10,760 square feet of event space for up to 900 guests and a spa.

Loma Linda, California – The 125-room Courtyard by Marriott San Bernardino Loma Linda has opened three miles from San Bernardino International Airport. Each room has a workstation, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Amenities include a fitness center, free WiFi, 24-hour market, 594 square feet of meeting space and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Nashville – The Canopy by Hilton Nashville The Gulch has opened with 154 rooms and 27 suites. The suites have connecting terraces and skyline views. The hotel will eventually have five dining options, including a rooftop restaurant. There is a fitness center and free downtown transportation in a house car.

Ossining, N.Y.  – Windrose on Hudson has opened with 48 rooms, 52,000 square feet of indoor evengt space and more than 60 acres of outdoor gathering spaces. Formerly known as Crotonville Conference Center, the property is now part of Benchmark Resorts & Hotels. Located 45 minutes from New UOrk City, the property offers 10 miles of hiking and biking trails, a restaurant, a fitness center, racquetball, basketball and volleyball courts; bicycles and three fire pits. The property can accommodate corporate retreats for more than 300, offering auditoriums, breakrooms, A-V technology and lounge areas.
