Stockholm — Ruby Frida has opened. It is the first in Sweden for the Ruby brand, which is operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts. The 187-room hotel is housed in a transformed 1960’s landmark that has been “reimagined” into a mixed-use destination combining hospitality, offices, restaurants and retail spaces.

Houston — The 126-room Sonesta Select Houston IAH Greenspoint has opened seven miles south of George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The hotel offers a breakfast, WiFi, parking, a 24/7 fitness center, a meeting room and complimentary airport shuttle,. Rooms include separate living and sleeping areas, large desks, microwaves, mini-refrigerators, coffee makers and HDTVs with HBO.

Lexington, Neb. — Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington South, a newly developed 82-room property has opened. The hotel offers 380 square feet of flexible meeting space, a fitness center, complimentary breakfast and a heated indoor pool.

Seongnam-si, South Korea — Seoul Hyatt Place Pangyo has opened in a tech and business hub. The 204-room property features a restaurant, a fitness center and meeting spaces.
