Bangkok — Andaz One Bangkok has opened, marking the Hyatt-owned lifestyle brand’s debut in the city. The 244-room hotel is part of One Bangkok, a new mixed-use development that sits adjacent to Bangkok’s Lumphini Park. Rooms feature marble bathrooms and 65-inch televisions, and many offer park views. The property is home to three dining venues. Other amenities include a seventh-floor infinity pool, a fitness center and complimentary refreshments in the Andaz Lounge throughout the day.
Manila — AC Hotel by Marriott Manila has opened in the GLAS Tower in the city’s central business district. The 160-room property offers a lounge, a bar and a library. There is an indoor pool, an exercise room and 8,633 square feet of meeting space.
Kaohsiung, Taiwan — The Amnis, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kaohsiung, has opened, marking the brand’s debut in Taiwan. There is a bar, a lounge, a pool and a fitness center.
Ashburn, Va. — The 122-room Home2 Suites by Hilton has opened directly across from One Loudoun, a mixed-use destination featuring residences, more than 60 shops and over 20 restaurants. It is also less than 10 miles from Dulles International Airport. All suites have kitchens and social spaces. Amenities include complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, a 24/7 market and lounge areas.
San Juan — Hyatt Centric San Juan Isla Verde Hotel has opened in the Isla Verde neighborhood, a five-minute drive from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport. The 223-room property offers access to a private beach club, two restaurants, a fitness center and 16,000 square feet of meeting space.
