Zurich — Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has opened with 80 rooms in what was the historic Hotel Baur. The property, located on the Paradeplatz, has four restaurants and bars and 7,535 square feet of meeting space.

Xi’an, China — JW Marriott Hotel Xi’an Southwest has opened, the second for the brand in the city. Located in the Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone, the hotel is eight miles from one rail station and 12 miles from another; and 24 miles from the airport. The 292-room property has two restaurants and a bar, a fitness center and 22,600 square feet of meeting space.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic — Aloft Hotel Santo Domingo Piantini has opened with 192 rooms, each with a 55-inch TV. Amenities include fast and free WiFi, a fitness center and splash pool, a meeting space, a bar and a 24-hour coffee shop.

Naples, Fla. — AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue has opened with 150 rooms. It offers a ground-floor cafe, 2,500 square feet of event space, a fitness center, a rooftop pool and a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel is part of a mixed-use development that includes a 350-seat performing arts complex.
