Tokyo —  Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo has opened in the Nihonbashi Kabutocho area of Tokyo. The 195-room hotel is situated near Kayabacho and Nihonbashi subway stations, providing easy access to Tokyo Station, Marunouchi and Ginza, as well as connections to Haneda and Narita airports. The hotel’s central feature is Talk Shop, an all-day social space designed for dining, working and socializing. Talk Shop also hosts cultural programs, including workshops and jazz nights, open to both guests and the public.

Sapporo, Japan — The 195-room Holiday Inn & Suites Sapporo Odori Park has opened near Susukino Station. The hotel features 29 suites, including 14 maisonette-style suites with separate living areas, kitchens and bedrooms. These accommodations are designed to cater to extended stays and family travel. The hotel also features a café and bar in the lobby, offering local specialties and craft beers, along with a second-floor restaurant that provides a breakfast buffet featuring international and local dishes. Additional amenities include a traditional Japanese communal bath, a sauna and a fitness center located on the top floor, offering views of the city.

Dubai — Naumi Hotel Dubai has opened in Barsha Heights with 237 rooms and suites. It is near the Internet City Metro, about 10 minutes from the Mall of the Emirates. The property features two restaurants, a spa, a rooftop pool, a fitness center and meeting facilities. Naumi operates eight properties across Singapore, New Zealand, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
