GoldSpring Consulting, a travel management consultancy, announced the acquisition of Travel Tech Consulting, a firm specializing in travel technology strategy, system evaluation and digital transformation. The acquisition, said an announcement, expands GoldSpring’s ability to deliver comprehensive, high-impact solutions to clients and accelerates its growth in the rapidly evolving travel and technology marketplace.

Founded in 1995, Travel Tech Consulting, said the announcement, is known for its deep industry expertise, thought leadership in travel technology and longstanding client relationships. By integrating Travel Tech’s capabilities into its portfolio, said the announcement, GoldSpring will offer an expanded suite of services designed to meet the growing demand for technology optimization, digital strategy and data-driven decision making across the corporate travel landscape.

Will Tate, partner at GoldSpring Consulting, said the acquisition “marks an exciting milestone for our organization.” Travel Tech Consulting’s expertise, he said, “complements our service offerings perfectly.” By combining the two teams, said Tate, “we are strengthening our ability to help clients navigate an increasingly complex travel technology ecosystem and deliver even greater value throughout the entire travel ecosystem.”

Leaders from Travel Tech Consulting will join GoldSpring as part of the transition, ensuring continuity for clients as services are integrated.

Norm Rose, president of Travel Tech Consulting, said that for 30 years, Travel Tech Consulting has provided guidance regarding emerging technologies and their impact on travel industry business practices. Today, he said, technology changes are impacting all aspects of the travel business, especially the corporate travel sector.

Combining with GoldSpring, said Rose, “provides the market the proven analysis and processes to help GoldSpring clients plan and implement advanced technology solutions such as generative and agentic AI.” This acquisition, he said, “reflects a perfect alignment matching GoldSpring’s technology prowess with Travel Tech Consulting’s focus on evaluating emerging technologies.”
