Delta will also return to Shannon, Ireland, from JFK beginning May 23, 2024. Last operated in 2019, this nonstop flight joins Delta’s existing services to Dublin, including a newly announced route to the Irish capital from Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Rounding out Delta’s new transatlantic offerings from JFK next summer is a nonstop flight to Munich, which will operate three times a week beginning April 9, 2024.
Delta said it is also the only carrier to offer a morning departure from JFK to Paris.

In other announcements, the airline said:
• A nonstop seasonal flight from Atlanta to Zurich will resume May 31 with four flights weekly.
• There will be an increased number of weekly flights from Atlanta to Paris and Venice next summer.
• Nonstop daily flights from Los Angeles to Auckland, New Zealand, which begin Oct. 28, will extend to year-round service, operating daily from November to March and three times weekly from April to October.
• Service from Los Angeles to Sydney, Australia, will increase to twice-daily beginning this December.
• Following winter service to Shanghai from Seattle and Detroit, Delta will also resume a four-times-weekly, year-round service to Shanghai from its Los Angeles hub starting March 31, 2024. This previously operated route will allow Delta customers to connect to many other cities in China via the airline’s partnership with China Eastern Airlines.
