Groupize, a meeting management platform, announced an integration with SAP Concur Expense to further digitize event engagement, guest travel, group travel and enterprise meeting management.
The integration, according to an announcement, delivers enhanced visibility, control and accurate financial tracking for any type of face-to-face meeting. It empowers users to post group and meeting-specific expenses, such as meeting space, meals, room blocks and full-service air bookings, into an expense report. Companies can leverage integration to Concur Expense alone or combine with Concur Travel integration to deliver enhanced visibility, efficiencies and savings.
The integration provides managers the ability to:
● Integrate seamlessly at both account and user levels
● Effortlessly create and push expenses
● Match to existing expenses and credit card transactions
● Conveniently add attendees
● Allocate costs based on attendance metrics, including no-shows or meal opt-outs
Additional development is already underway to amplify the integration, according to the announcement.
