Delta Air Lines’ Fly Delta App has undergone a major upgrade, the most comprehensive since 2019, according to an announcement. Fly Delta 6.0, said the announcement, is packed with improvements that help customers save time, explore new destinations and manage their travel even when the unexpected happens.

This includes an all-new Help Center view, always-available access to boarding information and connectivity to a virtual assistant. And in early summer, customers will be able to utilize their Delta SkyMiles credentials from their Fly Delta App to seamlessly connect to Delta Sync Wi-Fi onboard.

Eric Phillips, chief digital officer, said the app “connects customers to the full Delta experience, from inspiring travel and navigating a trip to seamlessly accessing exclusive partner experiences and content.”

According to Delta, on average 85% of Delta SkyMiles Members rely on the app when traveling.
