Clarity, a UK-based TMC, announced the launch of an entertainment and media division. Clarity Entertainment & Media launches officially on Feb. 27 and will handle global travel management for customers in TV, media, production, music, artist touring, fashion and the arts.
According to the announcement, a team of highly experienced travel specialists has been appointed to provide the high-touch travel management services and complex logistics required by customers in this niche sector. These appointments include James Langton as director of sales and account management; and Lucy Goldston as director of operations. Together they bring more than 25 years of expertise and knowledge of arranging travel for the world’s TV, film, media, performing arts, music, fashion and creative industries.
Clarity Entertainment & Media’s services include exclusive entertainment fares and access to negotiated and preferential rates; sourcing and booking of all travel including specialist vehicles, private charters and aircraft in challenging locations; media and excess baggage waiver rates; location and venue finding; carnet passports for transportation of specialist equipment; and tour planning and logistics.
