Altour, a TMC, announced a strategic partnership with Juno, a new guest travel platform for enterprises to enhance the booking and fulfillment experience for non-employee travelers. The partnership will go into effect on June 1, with additional pilots launching across multiple Fortune 500 organizations, according to the announcement.

The deal, said the announcement, unites Altour’s global expertise in travel fulfillment and support with Juno’s booking technology to deliver a seamless, cost-effective solution for recruits, contractors and other guests of corporate travel programs.

Altour is Juno’s first integrated TMC partner. Juno is being developed by Devon Tivona and Sam Felsenthal, who were behind Pana, a guest travel management app that was later sold to Coupa. It promises to automate the often manual process of booking and managing travel for guests. It has $2 million in seed funding co-led by Bungalow Ventures and Steve Singh, founder of Concur and partner at Madrona.

Guest travelers and their coordinators use Juno to steer them through the full travel process, including booking, logistics, payment, reimbursement and reconciliation.

Gabe Rizzi, president of Altour, said, “Juno’s open, integrative approach aligns perfectly with our commitment to deliver innovative travel management through trusted service and technology-driven efficiency.”

Through this partnership, said the announcement, Juno will oversee client guest travel bookings while Altourmanages the back-end fulfilment process, ensuring bookings are processed smoothly through Altour’s systems. If travelers require assistance, according to the announcement, Altour’s dedicated agents will provide individualized expert support.
