Advito, the consulting arm of BCD Travel, announced the launch of AI Gateway, a “human-centered consultancy solution helping companies effectively navigate the transformation from AI interest to governed, practical adoption across their organizations.”

Advito’s approach, according to the announcement, leverages its Engage practice’s expertise in change management, marketing communication and behavioral economics to help organizations move past initial AI rollout and awareness and into responsible ongoing use. Engage is Advito’s employee engagement practice.

As companies increase their investment in AI tools and capabilities, according to the announcement, many uncover hidden challenges once the technology has been selected. They struggle with helping people understand how it fits into their work, establishing appropriate guardrails, and ensuring the investment delivers tangible business outcomes and lasting value for employees. AI Gateway, said the announcement, addresses the adoption gap with a strategic solution that incorporates a readiness assessment, as well as strategy, governance, implementation planning and change management.

Powered by Engage, said the announcement, AI Gateway helps organizations integrate their AI solutions into their operations, identifying where AI can add value, where human oversight remains essential and how employees can confidently adopt new capabilities.

“AI doesn’t automatically create value,” said Kelly Ellis, senior director, practice area lead, Engage, at Advito. The value, she said, “comes from employees understanding how it fits into their work, knowing where their judgment still matters and having the confidence to use it well.” The new solution, she said, “is designed to turn AI investments into tools that drive real value.”

For employees, said the announcement, that means clearer guidance, easier access to approved ways of working and more confidence using AI in their day-to-day roles. For leaders, it creates a more structured path to adoption, oversight and measurable business value.

While AI Gateway can support organizations at different stages of adoption, said the announcement, its full value comes from connecting these elements as AI systems are being rolled out.
