Serko, a New Zealand-based travel technology company, reported 45% growth in the first half of its fiscal year (FY26), driven by momentum in Booking.com for Business, as well as its acquisition of GetThere, which was acquired in January. Booking.com for Business volume saw room nights up 32% year over year to 2.1 million, according to the report. Serko and Booking.com for Business have a long-term strategic partnership.
Darrin Grafton, Serko’s CEO, said the fiscal performance “reinforces Serko’s continued track record and ability to deliver high growth and cost discipline as we execute on our strategic focus areas.” The company, he said, has “strong momentum in our Booking.com for Business performance and conviction in our growth strategy.”
Serko’s business, said Grafton, “is founded on a traveler-first approach, and we’re excited about the future and delivering on opportunities that have emerged from agentic AI.” The company, he said, “is well positioned to unlock the full value of AI as a core pillar of our strategy and product roadmap.” Serko, according to the report, is co-designing AI-powered capabilities with customers in the US and receiving positive customer and prospect engagement.
