Appointment said to mark ‘significant milestone’ for company

Reed & Mackay, a corporate travel and event management company, announced the appointment of Kieran Hartwell as its global chief revenue officer. In his new role, according to the announcement, he will lead revenue-generating departments globally, “aligning the company’s sales and marketing teams to deliver a competitive, premium offering to the market, aligned with a seamless customer experience.”

Reporting directly to Reed & Mackay’s Group CEO, Fred Stratford, Hartwell’s appointment, according to the announcement, “marks a significant step in Reed & Mackay’s ongoing commitment to delivering excellence in corporate travel.” He will spearhead, said the announcement, the development of data-driven strategies to engage new market segments, optimize go-to-market models, and refine value propositions in partnership with customer and product teams.

Commenting on the appointment, Stratford said, “Kieran’s proven track record in scaling revenue and driving growth through innovative strategies will be invaluable as we continue to expand globally and redefine the corporate travel and events experience.”

Hartwell has held numerous senior leadership positions, including C-suite roles across the travel industry. On joining Reed & Mackay, he said, “I am thrilled to join Reed & Mackay, a company renowned for its outstanding service and innovative technology solutions in corporate travel and events. I look forward to working with the talented team here to unlock new opportunities, drive growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients.”
