
Constellation Hotels has named industry veteran Neil Jacobs as CEO of its new luxury hospitality management business. This business, according to an announcement, will create a new global brand to operate its growing portfolio of hotels, resorts and residences. It will provide the platform for Constellation Hotels to build on an existing portfolio that includes London hotels The Connaught, The Emory and The Berkeley, as well as a forthcoming hotel in Paris; a development in Marrakech, Morocco; and Hackwood Park, an English country estate. Most recently, Jacobs was CEO of Six Senses. Prior to that he held leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Capital Group.

Emirates has named former Virgin Atlantic and British Airways executive Luke Goggin vice president of global business travel, effective immediately, according to a post on his LinkedIn page. He is based in Dubai. Goggin most recently was Virgin Atlantic’s vice president of global sales from August 2023 to October 2025. Previously he spent nearly 12 years at British Airways, where he was head of UK and Ireland sales and global accounts.

Virgin Atlantic has appointed Richard McCord as CFO, effective Oct. 5. McCord joins the carrier from London Luton Airport, where he has been CFO since 2021. Previously, he held positions at the energy and services company Centrica and at PwC.

Hilton announced the appointment of Kolin Pound as area president, Caribbean and Latin America. He joins from Ares Management and, according to the announcement, brings extensive hospitality, real estate and investment experience across the Caribbean and Latin America.
