Charlestowne Hotels, a hospitality management company, announced the appointment of Stephanie Bauer as regional vice president of operations and Hayato Nogaki as operations director. Bauer, said the announcement, brings more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience across upper-upscale, lifestyle and luxury hotels. Most recently, she served as vice president of operations at Remington Hospitality, leading a diverse portfolio of lifestyle and soft-branded properties. She has also held senior operations roles with Hospitality Ventures Management Group, AVANA Capital, and Westmont Hospitality Group. With more than 25 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience across luxury hotels and resorts, said the announcement, Nogaki brings extensive experience in both on-property and above-property roles.  He has held senior leadership roles with Omni Hotels & Resorts, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, and The Resort at Pelican Hill.
