AKA, a luxury lodging provider, announced the appointment of T. Blake Danner as COO. He has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality. Most recently, he led business strategy, growth and development for Proper Hospitality. Prior to that, he was the founding COO for Sydell Group, where he opened 11 hotels in seven years. Additional career highlights include nearly a decade of work with Ian Schrager Hotels and Morgan’s Hotel Group, where Danner was the senior vice president of sales.

Peachtree Group has named Jenelle Zadik as people and culture vice president for Peachtree Hospitality Management (PHM). She will be responsible for PHM’s human capital efforts, reporting to Melissa Ross Smith, Peachtree’s COO. Before joining Peachtree, Zadik was the head of the community liaison office for the U.S. Consulate General in Nigeria. Prior experiences include human resources, learning and development and operations positions across a wide range of brands, including Integrity brands and Outback Steakhouse.
