Appointments at HIlton, Travel Leaders Network and ASTA
Hilton announced that Christian Charnaux will return to the company as chief development officer. He joins from Inspire Brands – the restaurant company that owns Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s and SONIC – where he served as chief growth officer since its founding in 2018. Charnaux will start on July 1, 2025. Previously at Hilton, Charnaux served in several brand management, commercial and finance positions, including leading Hilton’s investor relations efforts. Prior to Hilton and Inspire Brands, Charnaux was with the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on the travel and consumer product sectors.
Travel Leaders Network, a division of Internova Travel Group, announced that John Lovell, president, is leaving the company at the end of June for a new opportunity with a cruise line partner. He joined the company in 2002. Lindsay Pearlman, currently COO, will become president of Travel Leaders Network. He joined the company in 2019 to work with international partners and later took on responsibility for managing relationships with associate members. Pearlman previously served as co-president of Ensemble Travel Group and held executive roles at American Express.
The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) announced that Stephanie Kent will become senior manager, ASTA Corporate, part of the organization’s “refreshed focus” on supporting corporate travel agencies and TMCs. She has 30 years of travel industry experience, including global sales and account management roles with Delta Air Lines, Air France, Singapore Airlines, Protravel, Omega World Travel and CWT.
