Norse Atlantic Airways has named Frans Leenaars chief commercial officer. He spent more than 10 years at TUI Group, a German multinational travel and tourism company, most recently as director of marketing and sales optimization. Prior to that, he was vice president of marketing and sales for Benelux, Germany, Switzerland and Austria for Disney Parks and Resorts, and vice president of commercial planning for Air France-KLM.
Kerzner International Holdings Limited has appointed Natalie Slavikova as global director, MICE, a new position. She joins the company with extensive expertise across commercial strategy, luxury sales, strategic partnerships and revenue growth within international markets, according to an announcement. Slavikova previously worked for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resorts and the Jumeirah Group.
ATPCO, the airline industry’s source for airline merchandising and pricing data, announced the appointment of Rosario Phillips as the new chair of its board of directors. She currently serves as vice president, passenger solutions, at LATAM Airlines Group and brings more than 20 years of experience in the airline industry to the role. Throughout her career, according to the announcement, Phillips has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives focused on modern retailing, digital commerce, customer experience, loyalty, and operational efficiency. ATPCO CEO Brett Burgess said Phillips’ “deep expertise in digital transformation, modern retailing and customer experience makes her an exceptional leader for our Board.
