Appointments at Omni Hotels & Resorts and Airshare.

Omni Hotels & Resorts has named Michael Innocentin as chief marketing officer. His career spans over 20 years in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Omni, Innocentin served as senior vice president, commercial projects at Fairmont Hotels. He has also held various leadership positions at Accor, including senior vice president of marketing, North America; and vice president, e-commerce & digital, North America.

Airshare, a private aviation company, has named Henry Kim vice president of sales for the Northeast region. The company recently brought its fractional programs into this new territory, focusing on New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Kim brings 25 years of high-level sales performance to Airshare, including considerable experience selling fractional programs in the New York market. He joins Airshare from Jet It, where he served as chief commercial officer. Previously, Kim held leadership roles at Bombardier, Wheels Up and Flexjet.
