Atlas Travel, a TMC, has named Paul Swartz as executive vice president, business development. The company also promoted Kerin McKinnon to senior vice president, global and strategic partnerships. Swartz, according to an announcement, brings decades of sales management and business development experience to the role. McKinnon is the newly appointed board chair of the Travel and Meeting Society (TAMS).

The Dorchester Collection, a London-based operator of luxury hotels, has named Philippe Leboeuf as CEO. He will oversee the company’s 10 open properties, as well as planned hotels in Tokyo and Dubai. Leboeuf most recently served as managing director of the Raffles London at The OWO, which opened in 2023. Prior to that, he held roles as director general of Concorde Hotels and as regional vice president of operations for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
