Appointments and promotions at Loews Hotels & Co, Frontier Airlines, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International

Loews Hotels & Co has appointed Kristie Goshow as chief commercial officer. According to an announcement, she brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry. Her previous role was chief commercial officer at Peregrine Hospitality Group, where she managed sales, revenue strategy and marketing. She has also held senior positions at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Viceroy Hotel Group, Sabre, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Le Méridien and Utell (Pegasus).aI and architecture.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has named Wei Manfredi as senior vice president of AI and Architecture. According to an announcement, her experience spans leading global companies including McDonald’s, Google Cloud, Lululemon and Visa, as well as advisory roles with top tech boards. She’s been named a top AI leader for 2026 and one of the 100 most influential AI leaders in America.

Frontier Airlines has named James Dempsey as president and CEO. He was named interim CEO in December. Dempsey joined Frontier in 2014 as CFO. Prior to joining Frontier, he held senior management roles at Ryanair Holdings along with various management roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Marriott International unveiled a slate of management changes, including the retirement of Liam Brown, group president, US and Canada; and Brian King, president, enterprise transformation & Caribbean and Latin America (CALA.) The two executives will “step down from their roles at the end of March and retire from the company at the end of June 2026. On March 28, 2026, Satya Anand, president of the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region, will assume the role of group president, US, Canada and CALA. Neal Jones, COO for Europe and Africa and global leader for Design Hotels, will become president, EMEA, while Federico “Fede” Greppi, CALA COO, will assume the role of president of that region.

Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) has named Bree Brostko as vice president of marketing and communications for HSMAI Americas. She brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of hospitality operations, brand strategy and marketing leadership, according to an announcement. Brostko has previously served as COO for Retro Hospitality, a boutique hotel management firm. She also created Kindred Resorts & Hotels, a marketing cooperative that grew to represent 63 independently owned hotels and resorts, according to the announcement.
