Uber has named Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah as its new CFO, effective Nov. 13. He will succeed Nelson Chai, who will remain with the company through Jan. 5, 2024, to assist with the transition. He is currently CFO of semiconductor firm Analog Devices. Mahendra-Rajah previously held positions at Wabco Holdings, Applied Materials, Visa and United Technologies.
