Totowa, N.J. — The 155-room Garner Hotel Totowa has opened. It offers a fitness center, on-site parking, free breakfast, 24-hour market and 6,500 square feet of meeting space.

Jonesboro, Ark. — My Place Jonesboro has opened with 63 rooms. Rooms feature kitchens with full-sized refrigerators. There is a grab-and-go market as well as EV charging stations.

Beachwood, Ohio — The 140-room Candlewood Suites Beachwood – Cleveland has opened. It offers rooms with full kitchens, a fitness center, guest laundry and the Candlewood Cupboard market.

Changzhou, China —  The Sofitel Changzhou Hi-Tech District has opened with 293 rooms; it is Accor’s 800th hotel in greater China. The property offers public areas promoting well-being with lake-view pools and spas. There are multiple dining outlets and 43,000 square feet of event space.
