Kobe, Japan — Kobe Marriott Hotel has opened with 186 rooms in the heart of the city’s waterfront district. Amenities include three dining venues, The Greatroom for business meetings and relaxation, an executive club on Level 17 and 15,823 square feet of meeting space.

Ponce, Puerto Rico — The 120-room Spark by Hilton Ponce has opened with 120 rooms. It offers an outdoor pool, fitness center, free parking and more than 1,600 square feet of event space.

Yuma, Arizona — The 124-room Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Yuma has opened. It features a fitness room, an on-site guest laundry and free breakfast. Rooms have kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop.

Houston — Hotel Daphne, a Bunkhouse hotel, has opened with 49 rooms. It features a restaurant and bar, a library, a small event space and a retail shop.
