Raleigh, NC – Hilton has announced the opening of Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown – the debut of the brand in North Carolina and just the fourth in the world – and Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown. The dual-branded property offers a total 261 guest rooms with 127 in the Tempo hotel and 134 apartment-style accommodations in the Homewood Suites.
 
The venue offers more than 3,300 square feet of flexible meeting space with enhanced AV capabilities for corporate events and special moments. In addition, the property is convenient to Raleigh’s downtown business offices and top attractions, including the Raleigh Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheater & Warehouse District, Capitol building, Martin Marietti Center for the Performing Arts, and City Market. 
 
McKinney, TX – The residential-style Denizen Hotel has opened in District 121 of McKinney. The property features 102 guest rooms, each equipped with kitchenettes that include full-sized refrigerators and freezers. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi, a communal living room, indoor and outdoor seating areas, a communal pantry with a snack bar, a well-equipped fitness center and guest laundry facilities.
 
The hotel offers guests access to dining and entertainment within a walkable urban setting. The Commons at District 121 provides outdoor gathering spaces, hosting a variety of events, including live music and outdoor games.
