JetBlue announced enhancements to its TrueBlue loyalty program that add to and improve benefits for members with Mosaic status, the highest level in the program. Some changes are effective early next January, with others later in the year. The changes come after a major overhaul of TrueBlue earlier this year.
The changes to Mosaic status for 2024 fall into two categories: new Signature Perks awarded to all members in a particular elite status tier; and new Mosaic Perks You Pick — the menu of benefits Mosaic members can pick from each time they qualify for a new status tier. (There are four Mosaic status levels.)
The additions to Mosaic Perks You Pick are:

Platinum Elite members can earn points and enjoy perks like room upgrades and more at IHG’s 19 brands and 6,000-plus properties.
Gift a 20-Tile Bonus. The 20-Tile Bonus is becoming two separate perks to give members more flexibility as they add status. Select both a 20-Tile Bonus for yourself at one level of Mosaic and gift a 20-Tile Bonus at another — no need to choose between the two. (Mosaic status is based on the accumulation of “tiles.”)The new and upgraded Mosaic Signature Perks include:
New for all Mosaics: Avis status match. Members can “skip the counter” and get complimentary vehicle upgrades when available, as well as enjoy elite status with Avis. Coming later in 2024.
New for Mosaic 3 and 4: Dedicated phone support. A priority phone support desk for Mosaic 3 and 4 members promises “next level” customer service.
Improved for Mosaic 3 and 4: Move to Mint: Starting Jan. 4, 2023, members can choose to redeem their Move to Mint certificate(s) in advance by heading to jetblue.com/manage-trips after booking a flight in Core. (Mint is JetBlue’s premium seating product). They can confirm their move any time before they check in (up to two hours before departure). The number of certificates required for a given flight will vary between 1 and 4
New for Mosaic 4: Gift Mosaic: Gift Mosaic 1 status — and all the Signature Perks that come with it — to the TrueBlue member of your choice.
