Etihad to Add Service to Boston from Abu Dhabi Next March

Carrier will fly route four times weekly.

Etihad Airways will add four weekly flights to Boston from Abu Dhabi beginning March 31, 2024. This will be the carrier’s fourth US gateway, complementing services to Chicago, New York, and Washington DC, along with flights to Toronto in Canada.

In addition to providing nonstop access to the Boston market, according to an announcement, Etihad will offer convenient connections to cities throughout North America through its partnership with JetBlue.

Etihad will operate flights to Boston four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, utilizing its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, featuring the airline’s Business Studios and Economy Smart seats.

Flights to Abu Dhabi will depart from Boston at 3:55 p.m., arriving at noon local time the next day. Flights to Boston will depart Abu Dhabi at 3:10 a.m. on the same days, arriving at 8:55 a.m.

Like other Persian Gulf carriers Qatar Airways and Emirates (both of which fly to Boston), Etihad offers one-stop connections across the globe via its hub, servicing destinations throughout the Middle East, Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
