Delta Airlines announced it has revamped Delta Professional, its dedicated division for corporate and agency travel, and renamed it Delta Business.

Among the key features of the new platform are:

  • Intuitive navigation: Designed around real-world workflows, making it easier for travel managers to find and act on key information quickly.
  • Smart search:  A responsive search engine that understands natural language queries — so users can ask questions like “Show me unused ticket credits” and get instant results.
  • Streamlined wallet: A centralized hub for managing loyalty tokens, service points and amenity points. This gives companies more control over how they deploy value across their travel programs, according to Delta.
  • Fee waivers with service points:  For the first time, platform allows companies to use service points to waive fees on unused ticket transfers.

Corporate accounts will start seeing the new platform later in 2025. Travel agencies will get access in 2026, with features tailored to their workflows.
