Corporate sales revenue at Delta Airlines for the second quarter jumped by a “double-digit” percentage year over year, according to executives speaking on an earnings call.

Joe Esposito, chief commercial officer, said, “Performance was strong across core and coastal hubs, where sales rose more than 20% versus [the] prior year.”  He added that most of the increase was because of increased fares. “There is lots of upside for the future on additional volumes,” said Exposito. He added, “It’s been great to see the resiliency of the corporate demand.”

The corporate growth, said Esposito, was led by domestic business. He said, “Domestic is on a really good trajectory, especially with corporate sales traveling in the US.” Domestic corporate sales revenue in the second quarter, said Esposito, increased 20%, with major markets like Los Angeles and Boston closer to 30%.

“Sustained strength” in demand for premium products was a major factor in premium corporate sales, according to executives, who said that premium revenue in the quarter rose 17% year over year, while loyalty and related revenue grew 19%.

The airline reported second-quarter passenger revenue of $15.6 billion, a 13% increase year over year. Total quarterly revenue was nearly $19.8 billion, up 19% for the period. Capacity increased 1% compared with the second quarter of 2025.
