BCD Travel announced it has partnered with technology platforms emPath and Juno to help organizations manage complex non-profiled and guest traveler needs at scale. The solutions are available through the company’s solution marketplace, offering, said the announcement, a curated selection of third party solutions that, along with BCD’s own native solutions, give customers variety, choice and more control over their programs.

BCD’s focus on the guest travel category, said the announcement, reflects the growing demand for technology that supports non-traditional travel use cases like events, recruiting, sports, entertainment and more. The majority of BCD customers — particularly those in media and entertainment, and life sciences — manage a significant volume of unprofiled travelers.

By bringing together specialized platforms like emPath, Juno and BCD Invite, BCD’s proprietary guest travel solution, the announcement said, the TMC is enabling organizations to simplify travel coordination that operates outside traditional booking tool profiles while maintaining policy, duty of care and program oversight.

Miriam Moscovici, vice president, partnerships and intelligence at BCD, said, “The addition of these industry-leading solutions to the BCD Marketplace marks a significant milestone in expanding the value we deliver to our clients — broadening choice, innovation and impact across the board.”
