Spotnana Announces Direct NDC Integration With Air France/KLM

Tool promises to modernize technology stacks, reduce costs and deliver superior customer experiences

Spotnana, a travel technology company, announced the launch of Spotnana Cloud for TMCs, which the company calls a comprehensive product suite designed for TMCs to boost operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences and accelerate innovation.

Sarosh Waghmar, chief product officer, said the company’s TMC partners “now have access to new modern infrastructure for nearly everything a TMC needs to book, manage and service travel — all running on Spotnana’s global travel-as-a-service platform.”

Spotnana Cloud for TMCs, according to the announcement, includes all the core capabilities of Spotnana’s travel-as-a-service platform, along with new TMC management tools, contact center functionality and significant enhancements to Spotnana’s Agent Desktop.

Key capabilities include:

 • Comprehensive global content — Access global content from the widest range of sources for air, hotel, ground and rail inventory, with a growing number of direct NDC integrations.

 • Modern online booking tool (OBT) — A consumer-grade online booking experience and mobile app offers self-service capabilities for corporate travelers, plus highly configurable tools for travel managers such as advanced policy controls, legal entity management, custom fields, site messaging and real-time global analytics.

 • Unified global platform — Deployed as a single global instance for each customer, Spotnana’s platform enables TMCs to launch multinational customers across all countries simultaneously.

 • Tools for simplifying TMC management — These include flexible content management, simplified rate code management, customizable emails and invoices, configurable fees and payments, mid-office elimination (replaces the need for third-party mid-office tools) and back-office integration.

 • Agent productivity tools — A single global platform for agents and travelers provides integrated contact center capabilities (chat, email, phone), agent performance analytics, AI assistants, configurable teams and task management, automated quality control and intelligent queue routing.

 • Open platform — Spotnana’s open APIs make it easy to integrate with preferred technology partners, access data from Spotnana’s System of Record to power custom analytics and develop new product offerings — all while constantly receiving a steady stream of new enhancements on a weekly basis.
